Day 109

So, it turns out Marina wasn’t moving… I got a ping from Julian in the end. Regardless, I stopped him and hopefully there won’t be anymore moving pings, but I’m not holding my breath :/

Regardless, I was happy to take care of it quickly rather than worrying while I play. I didn’t do much else besides check on my villagers… (I did try and catch anything I saw though to work more on those badges)
-Marina wanted to know how her outfit is.
-Julian asked about moving.
-Cookie wanted a Saw Shark.
-Flurry wanted to see my house.

-Merengue just spoke about how rumors suck.
-Molly asked if I liked baking and shared some baking tips.
-Peanut wanted to replace a piece of furniture.

I will have to find Maple, Diana, and Marcie later. In the meantime, I figured out that I would probably have my tree at the biggest size on October 22nd, 2014. Which means the last day I will probably update my Dream Suite is sometime during the first week of April 2015. Thus, my aim is to complete all my goals by then! That should:
1. Complete all my rooms DLC-wise (Though, I’m sure more DLC will come, but whether I will have a use for it… I really want the Nintendogs DLC to return)
2. Hopefully hit all gold badges (I will try anyway)
3. Save my town at ultimate pinkness thanks to the Cherry Blossom trees <3 The only sucky part is Hydrangea bushes are only in bloom during mid June to early July 🙁 I really love the bush colors so I wouldn't switch them, but that doesn't make it suck less. I really wish Bushes were year around... flowers are, all trees but the town tree are... I don't know why they decided to make bushes seasonal :/ And I still need to try and get a balloon to fly over where I want a present to land >< I'm also still worried my landscaping isn't good enough ._. so if anyone has any suggestions, let me know? Other things I wish: -Being able to pick where Villagers move. -Being able to pay a fee to unlock Public Works after seeing it in a friend's town (or paying for a random Public Work to be unlocked that you haven't gotten yet). Even though I have all the ones I'd want, I'd like to unlock them all at some point and I don't want to re-get an Uchi (or move out one of the villagers I love) just for specific ones...
I did just get this request today at least and have gotten several in the past too.
-Both Booker and Copper could be at the police station 🙁

I also semi-wish AC could have a vacation/stasis mode where you can freeze that day and not have to worry about villagers abandoning you T__T And I can pick it up whenever I want and enjoy playing and not stress out completely. And wish you couldn’t accidentally kill flowers while catching things…

Moving on, I will probably do my “play ahead because I know I will have no time for like 2 weeks” this weekend. Once I finish, I will probably do Dream Suites for a while as I really want to finish up my list. October 14th, the day I am planning to freeze on (though, I may go to the 15th…debating), also happens to be Explorer’s Day–the other US Exclusive Holiday, so if anyone would like to stop by, let me know.

Also going to start with recording the two towns they did as I feel really bad I wasn’t able to make it on the 20th with all the craziness v-v I really did want to…

But yes, expect a mini update later on hopefully @-@

Day 108

Today was another thunderstorm in game… This should mean I can visit Resetti tomorrow if it’s not raining again. Regardless, despite the rain, there was a new SpotPass house as per every Monday.

She’s looking fairly patriotic today. Her house was rather simple though–it seemed to still be a work in progress.

Unfortunately, that was all I had time to do this morning, but expect an update on my villagers later. I haven’t caught Marina outside a few times now…despite her apparently being outside and I’m really worried she may be the one thinking of moving again :/

Day 107

Due to the long drive, I ended up not getting to play until late in the evening. Though, due to being tired from said drive, I didn’t really do anything besides check with my villagers. I didn’t receive any moving prompts, but I’m still paranoid considering the pattern lately :/

While I didn’t do much personally, I did work on more Animal Crossing sprites and stuff for people, although, I may close my shop on TBT soon. Just have so much going on.

Meanwhile, it seems Marcie is sharing her Pink Tartan Shirt with everyone. Thankfully, at least most people seem to look nice in them… I hope Julian doesn’t pick it up though–I don’t think it’ll look too nice on him.

I also got a few other items on my wishlist which is nice. As much as I like the Garden in Seamstry’s basement, I’m finding myself not getting too happy about it and thinking of changing it to something else… not sure what though :/

On the bright side, my boyfriend ordered some balloons for me as my supply of pink balloons for me to keep onhand to play with went missing. I wish I knew where they went..

Day 106

So, today was the Bug-off. Since I didn’t bother with it at all, I was excited to go to the ceremony to cheer for once instead.

I find it funny how all 3 are practically the same height overall despite the smaller steps because of the size differences.

Besides that, I actually started working more on the catching lots badges. I would’ve liked to do more, but for now, it’s packing to go away for work and then all the craziness after that 🙁

Next weekend, I will probably do the “freezing” plan for the game as I just won’t have any time X__x I will do a big entry with a summary for each day along with posting any sporadic stuff that may come up.

Day 105

If there’s one thing that is getting more and more frustrating, it seems that moving is literally accelerated for some reason. I know if you are close friends, there’s a higher chance they want to move, but this is kind of ridiculous? Everyday seems to be a move prompt–over the every few days or once a week and it’s really really hard.

I really enjoy playing the game day by day. I’ve never really felt a need or want to time travel due to being bored or anything like that. In fact, as shown, the only reason I’ve time traveled thus far is to get certain villagers out as I knew it could take a while (In fact, it took me a lot less time than it usually does for people) and having to practically destroy my town in some areas to save spots was really bothering me and ruining some of the enjoyment for me.

But the way that made me feel everytime I noticed them is the same way I’m starting to feel with these kind of moving prompts every. single. day. I get that it’ll happen, but every day? It’s incredibly disheartening. Every single time they ask just stinks. Like it’s taking all my effort to not just give up, rush through, get to a date I’d want to (probably Cherry Blossom season honestly–after getting my topiary) and then just… leave it there. Every day, rewinding the clock back to 6AM so it’ll be fine and I’ll check for DLC and stuff. I really don’t want to do that–but I just can’t stand the constant moving prompts. It’s just gets really upsetting.

Anyway, I had stopped in my house to get Cookie an Apple (yesterday’s “I wanna Move” contestant) and she actually surprised me with a visit:

Upon delivering it to her after she left, I received another surprise:

…In which I am stalked by a Silver Slingshot while buying stuff from Marcie:

After that, I mostly just worked on Catalog-stuff. These are the only non-DLC items I need:
10281359
(as usual, full list with DLC incase anything is improperly labeled which is honestly likely…)

Tomorrow will be the last Bug-off of the Year. I won’t be entering though. Will be hard to find out if someone is moving, however… :/
