Day 68 – In which I spend more time talking about Japanese Festivals than playing
Re-tail Sign: Seahorse
Turnips: AM: 66 Bells | PM: 63 Bells
So, to be honest, what happened last night is still looming overhead so I don’t expect to play much today. Even if I try to imagine otherwise, it really sucks. In general, I’m pretty unlucky–but usually in not getting over seeing something I would love to have and not being able to do anything about it. And considering what I’ve seen people offering Marina, this could’ve been my only shot. About the only “positive” is I know I would have not had a free spot at any point. With so many people playing in this household and all the effort I made for trying to lessen destruction by incoming houses, the last thing I would do is make it so I could get some random villager from StreetPass or due to a friend coming over.
ANYWAY, in an attempt to not go back to curling into a ball of sadness, let’s hope someone who isn’t Marcie, Julian, Diana, or Flurry wants to move today. Preferably Ruby, but I’ll take Joey as well (followed by Kiki, Buck, or Kyle). Phoebe I still want to move away last to lessen the chance of someone finding a way to park their house there still. Of course, the fact that I was greeted by rain was…mixed.
At least this means I don’t have to hide my ponytail to prevent a tan today.
I also stopped by Marceline’s Town to drop off Bells for a Bell commission 😀
I am very excited.

In which I never want to time travel again
So, sadly, in my attempts to get Frita and some of the other villagers out of Bellton, Peanut is trying to move… nobody has asked in my town so I decided to try and move forward to see. Just so I wouldn’t have to worry about screwing up and it not being the same day anymore.
And I noticed I had a camper.
And I was stupid and I decided to check.
…can I go cry now?
Day 67
Re-tail Sign: Shirt
Turnips: AM: 141 Bells | PM: 180 Bells
So, besides having more items I need to trade and give people (And thinking it’s cute how Timmy and Tommy write Timothy and Thomas Nook upon opening the Emporium), Diana was now officially moved in so besides finally updating my map (I may have forgotten to after Flurry moved in >>), I made sure to go greet her.
…I’ve had my fake rock appear here twice in a row now.
I really need to work on flowers :/

Day 66
Re-tail Sign: Pearl-Oyster Shell
Turnips: AM: 91 Bells | PM: 94 Bells
I ended up waking up early today so I decided to check and see where Diana had placed her plot (if she moved in yet).
Thankfully, she placed it in a very nice spot. I’m actually really happy with it. Just 4 more Villagers to move over and 2 more to get in the first place now! Redd was also in town again today.
Unfortunately, as Isabelle reminded me…well…
…I still feel bad 🙁 It’d be nice to be in time for the sale though. Hopefully I can also get a Cool Tank–it’s the only Summer item I still need. I may try and work on getting more flowers transferred over today though.
Anyway, since things wouldn’t be opened for 3 more hours, I took a break. I’d really like to work on flower transfers today though.

Day 65
Re-tail Sign: Horse Mackerel
Turnips: Sunday! So Joan is selling today.
First thing I did today was rush off to McDonald’s to pick up a Pumpkin Pie.
It is NOT reorderable so if you can, definitely head to a Nintendo Zone near you to pick up one if you are in North America! I had also gotten quite a bit of mail–a painting for Rainy, a camera from Katie, and a Number 4 Lamp from Julian (yay!).
If that wasn’t enough, Phineas was in town!
Yaaaaay <3 Finally, the Gold Catalog badge! For the record, I have 2,556 items catalogged at the moment 😀 Rainy also visited to pick up a painting I had for her and I visited Ruu to drop off a Pumpkin Pie. She gave me a 7-11 Set T~T <3 Thank you, Ruu! <3
