Day 19
Re-Tail Sign: Giant Snakehead

Today started out a bit late which always stinks during a game with real time. I was greeted with mail containing my glass display cases and Astrid walking all over my property. And rain. again. When you’ve caught everything you can during the rain and most stuff only appears when it’s not raining, the rain can be quite frustrating. It’s also messing with my pink flower breeding.
Anyway, I headed off to start my chores and was greeted by Joey who wanted me to bury a time capsule.
I put it on the beach.
On my way back to him, I found a lost item!
It turns out it belonged to Kiki–the poor Kitten who lost her mitten.
I then went to pick up my Chaise Lounge.
To be honest–the pink doesn’t look that nice.. I expected a lighter shade :/ I’ll probably change it back to White.
For now, I gave him the Apple TV to make Ruby.
In the meantime, I’ve been thinking of possibly deleting and recreating Sir. My boyfriend ended up getting the same face as him (despite debating on getting a different one) and it’s just kind of weird. I haven’t spent much money on him, but I’d be worried about losing the house placement/possibly not being able to put it there now and it would just be annoying to recreate.
Apparently there will be a sale at Timmy and Tommy’s shop at 5PM…I will probably buy everything before that though. Unless there’s new things on sale then. I’ll check at least.
Anyway, only one of the 4 fossils were good and none were Apato so that stunk 🙁 The fossil I got did complete another Dinosaur though so yay. Also, thanks to the Glass Cases, my Plants and Minerals exhibit is coming together a bit more.
Just need to get a few more flowers and the proper wallpaper and flooring.
I then went and saw Nook to pay my loan…and remembered I should probably work on sorting out my Basement’s layout. After paying off my loan, I went and asked my Trophy Room to get bigger. I should go order more Rococo Dressers…
It was then onto Streetpass (while also buying out some stores) where I was surprised to see Reggie again!
I received Vanilla Soft Serve from Mark and a Red Balloon from Reggie. I went and ordered a few more things from Reggie. Note to self: Order Watering Trough from Upstairs first tomorrow.

Day 18
Re-Tail Sign: Tadpole

So due to some issues yesterday, we will be sending out my 3DS in about 20 minutes… so going to see how much I can do before I have to use my boyfriend’s 3DS.
First of all… My Door is done 😀 Yeeeeeeees.
I also had quite a bit of mail–most from Catalog ordering, but I also received mail from Mom, Ruby, and Rocco. I received a Zebra Umbella, Cushion, and Kiddie Clock respectively.
On my way towards Re-Tail while fossil hunting, Flip requested something…
I’m happy for the request and all, but there is absolutely nothing Flip can request that I want at this point :/ So I’m kind of sad as I’d have preferred ANYONE else to suggest something.
Anyway, I’m having Cyrus make the Claw-Foot Tub pink.
I also found out he can customize the Loom somehow so I may do that before dropping it off at Seamstry’s.
I have Katrina today so will be doing her on all 4 of my characters again…
I also spotted a special Blue Balloon which guided me to my last fossil and Gyroid. Thank you special Balloon. (it even contained a Balloon Lamp).

Day 17

Yay for mail~ One a surprise and one not so much.
Tammy had sent me a Ranch Tea Table as thanks for her birthday present and the other was the Star Globe that Mark made me order for him.
I went to throw some stuff into my Basement for now to at least get it towards it’s stepping stones. I’ll probably be upgrading it again as I really want to work towards how it’s supposed to look.
Flip had me deliver something to Astrid who had me guess on whether I’d receive anything–I failed (although, I did figure it was clothing–I just was really hoping for furniture). Blah. On the bright side, I found all 4 of my fossils relatively easily.
Anyway, then it was time to celebrate 😀
After the Ceremony, Kyle asked for any Fruit and Ruby asked for an Orchid Mantis… not sure if I will complete the latter, but Kyle gave me an Imperial Shirt as thanks.
I went and paid off my loan to Nook, but I’m going to hold off on seeing him for the next expansion in hopes I can find someone with a Pink Arched Door. I’ll do the expansion a little late.
After finishing at the museum (no new fossils 🙁 But bought some stuff at the Museum shop!), I headed to the HH Showcase. However…there was someone I didn’t recognize before.
It’s Reggie! 😀 Our first Spotpass house.

Turnips: Joan was in town selling for 92 Bells each.
So, today is going to be a fun day. First, we have the Museum expansion! Joan is also in town and I may look into buying a little more than 100 turnips, and today is Tammy’s Birthday 😀 Yay for stuff~

Eeee, I received the Sketchbook from Katie and Silver HHA Plague for getting a 50K score too so yaaay 😀
The quest for the Heart Stump is still on… :/
Heart here, Butterfly near the Camp Site, and Music Note and Flower from Pine Trees in the Park area once I can work on that… I know a lot of people would be happy with the Triforce, but I have plans 😐

In contrast to yesterday’s bright blue sky, it is raining in Pink Sea today. It looks like 223 was my highest price, but that’s okay. Happy I sold them at Hanabi then~ Anyway, I received mail from Rocco and Katie. Got Ranch flooring from the former and a Digital Photo Frame from the latter.
For some reason, I am having an awful time with breeding Pink Lilies… I still have just my 3 on the beach 🙁
Anyway, since I made the Hot Spring before 6AM, it was completed today! I really should try talking to her after midnight to see if I can build 2 Public Works then… or at least definitely checking if it’s a holiday the day before.
Kiki then randomly gave me a Folk Shirt…was really hoping for a new Public Work request as there isn’t anything else I can make right now 🙁
I then headed to the museum to get my fossils looked at and well…
SECOND FLOOR BEING MADE 😀 And I promptly paid it off too <3
I also noticed I had Saharah today.
On my way to my house with her, I noticed Katie over. Shall have to take her over to someone’s town later.
The stuff I ordered had arrived as well so time for Polar Bear remaking today!
Anyway, after…lots of mail, I finally brought Saharah in to remodel.
I feel I should worry abut the sounds and shaking though. I received the Backgammon Wall and Diner Tile.
Joey tried to get me to trade a Lotus Lamp for his Donut Stool… I thought about it (due to some of the customizations), but I’d rather my lotus lamps right now. Anyway, bringing the Mama Polar Bear in…

So, I visited Nook’s to get my loan amount and check out his stock…
PINK WALL 😀 I immediately bought it. I then went and paid off my loan. I REALLY hope I can find someone on my list with the Pink Arched Door and Pink Roof (Quick tip: They actually have pink in the name–Fairytale Door and Fuchsia Roof are different items) so I can never have to upgrade on her again exterior-wise as I just need the space so desperately. Edit: Thanks to Junri, I got the Pink Roof! Just Arched Pink Door to go.
Random note: Katie’s “Yeeees!” when you use the megaphone is adorable.

I really love Katie in this game, actually. She kind of reminds me of when I was little–I always begged my parents to travel. I brought her over to Jessie’s town.
Picked up my first Mama Polar Bear.
I picked the Collared Shirt for the next one.
Then, I received a few visitors 😀 My boyfriend brought over the Stately Wall, a Fireplace from Skcoddam, and Hibiscus Hairpin from Eclipsed.

Thanks to lots of people, the bedroom is almost done!
Missing items are the Lily Record Player (to replace the Phonograph), Rococo Lamp (I’ll probably order a Lovely Minitable or whatever it’s called to put it on), Pink Bunny Balloon, Pink Heart Balloon, White Marshmallow Chair, Princess Cage, 4-Leaf Clover, Lovely Doll, and Pink Marshmallow Chair. Maybe some possible paintings or things as Wall Accessories (Like the Spring Blossoms Cover Art), but nothing too big. Also maybe one of those Wooden dolls. I’d probably use the Tea Set (from the Europe DLC) if I ever got one in either the Kitchen, Bedroom, or Main Room.
